Our mission is to act efficiently and quickly to resolve any issues that may arise during the coverage period.
We provide the quality and responsiveness that you expect. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we take full responsibility for that. We offer a structural warranty and a one-year warranty on most other components. If you are ever dissatisfied with the performance of your home, we want to know. Our continuous improvement process relies on your feedback.
Although our homes are built to the highest quality standards, we understand that repairs may occasionally be necessary during the warranty period. Our commitment is to ensure that the covered services are completed quickly and that you are completely satisfied.

1. Review the Emergency Information Document
This document contains crucial information about what to do in the event of an emergency. It provides guidelines on what is considered an emergency and provides detailed steps for dealing with common problems that may arise in your home, such as power outages, air conditioning failures, and water leaks.
2. List of Items Not Covered by Our Warranty
Please review the list of items not covered by our warranty unless documented during the pre-closing inspection.
Also, please note: - Service Fee: To initiate a warranty service request, please be aware that a service fee of $190 will apply under the following conditions: If, after inspection, it is determined that the service request was not covered by the warranty based on the terms of your home warranty, the service fee will be your responsibility.

3. 4U Homes Warranty Terms and Conditions
Before submitting your warranty request, please read carefully:
The warranty covers exclusively structural problems, electrical installations, plumbing and HVAC systems installed by 4U Homes.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, weather events, lack of maintenance, or modifications made after delivery of the property.
In case of a request for items not covered, a service fee of US$ 190 will be charged.
It is the owner's responsibility to perform recommended periodic maintenance to preserve the quality and functionality of the residence.
Problems considered emergencies must follow the protocol indicated in the "Emergency Protocol" section before opening the call.
By submitting this form, the applicant declares to be aware of the terms and conditions of the warranty and accepts the rules described herein.
After submitting your request, our warranty team will analyze and respond within 72 hours. Our opening hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
