At 4U Homes, we are fully committed to delivering quality in everything we do. We are currently in the implementation process of the ISO nine thousand one Quality Management System, an internationally recognized standard that strengthens excellence in management practices. Based on principles such as customer focus, continuous improvement, and a process driven approach, this standard establishes the requirements for an efficient and structured Quality Management System (QMS).

Plumbing blockages | Clogs caused by improper use of plumbing systems, such as flushing items that are not allowed to be flushed down the toilet. |
Doors, Windows and Garage Doors | Scratches, dents and finish problems on doors, windows and garage doors. |
Walls, ceilings and floors | Chips, scratches, cracks and discoloration on walls, ceilings, tile floors and wood floors. |
Cabinets and countertops | Scratches, chips, dents, stains, seams and finish issues on cabinets and countertops. |
Swimming pools | Damage or problems not reported during pre-closing inspections. |
Glass and Mirrors | Breakage, cracks and scratches. |
Pest Damage | Any damage caused by rodents, ants, cockroaches or other pests (except termites). |
Paint Touch-Ups | Any paint touch-ups should be addressed during the pre-closing inspection. |
Leaks | Leaks caused by clogged gutters, downpipes, slope changes, drainage around the house, or leaks caused by hurricanes or high wind storms. |
Structural Movement | Small settlements in the house or small cracks in the foundation that do not affect the structural integrity. |
Negligence or Improper Maintenance | Any damage caused or aggravated by negligence, inadequate maintenance or intentional/improper operation by anyone other than the Builder or its agents/subcontractors. |
Changes in Residence | Damage caused by alterations, modifications or additions made to the home after the Limited Warranty start date by anyone other than the Builder or its agents/subcontractors. |
