3. Termos e Condições da Garantia da 4U Homes
Antes de enviar sua solicitação de garantia, leia atentamente:
A garantia cobre exclusivamente problemas estruturais, instalações elétricas, hidráulicas e sistemas de climatização instalados pela 4U Homes.
A garantia não cobre danos causados por mau uso, negligência, eventos climáticos, falta de manutenção ou modificações feitas após a entrega do imóvel.
Em caso de solicitação de itens não cobertos, será cobrada uma taxa de serviço de US$ 190.
É de responsabilidade do proprietário realizar a manutenção periódica recomendada para preservar a qualidade e a funcionalidade do imóvel.
Problemas considerados emergenciais devem seguir o protocolo indicado na seção "Protocolo de Emergência" antes de abrir o chamado.
Ao enviar este formulário, o solicitante declara estar ciente dos termos e condições da garantia e aceita as regras aqui descritas.
