Since 2017, 4U Homes has established itself as a reference in real estate construction and investment in Florida. Founded by experienced partners, owners of a renowned design company in Brazil, the company emerged after identifying great potential in the Florida real estate market. When starting their own investments, the founders realized the flaws and challenges faced by companies that proposed to manage and build for investors.

Aiming to change this scenario, 4U Homes was created to offer a differentiated business model, focused on efficiency , transparency and high performance . Since then, we have experienced solid growth, being recognized for our construction speed , innovation and our commitment to investor success .

In just a few years, we have already delivered more than 450 homes and our annual volume of projects has grown exponentially. Our current goal is to maintain solid and sustainable growth , always seeking alignment between the best product and profitability , gradually expanding our presence in the market.

During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, in search of solutions to the shortage of materials and to meet the growing demand, we founded Truss Direct , a company that has become an integral part of our group. Truss Direct supplies trusses for more than 90 projects per month , guaranteeing 4U Homes access to faster deadlines and greater efficiency, which ensures predictability and agility in projects.
